After a career change from humanitarian aid campaign manager geared largely towards the forcibly displaced, I discovered a new outlet in writing. I am chronicling my life during the wars that took place in the early 1990s and 2020 in Armenia. I describe how it feels to love and lose people, lands and hope. The final project will be a 50-page memoir in English that weaves together themes of survival, war and the relentless pursuit of peace. It will also contain authentic, historical photographs. Through my writing, I seek to offer a window into my soul and showcase the resilience of my people.
